| Established Wholesale Accounts Only - All accounts require a trade related business license and additional proof of wholesale status including current vendor referrals, Yellow Page listings, published ads or website. California accounts require a signed resale card prior to shipping your first order. | ||||||||

| Terms - We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. UPS COD is available with an additional UPS COD handling fee. Applications for Net 30 terms are available upon request. Retuned check and redeposit fees will be imposed for such issues. Repeated problems will result in revision of terms. Please include you account number on all checks. | ||||||||

| Back Orders - If we are out of in item, we'll send it to you as soon as possible, no charge for extra shipping. Back orders valued less than $100 will be sent via US Postal Services and orders valued above $100 will be sent UPS ground unless prior arrangements have been made. Due to the extra UPS handling fee, COD back orders will be cancelled. We hope you will add any cancelled items to you next order. | ||||||||
| Returns - If there has been an error with your order, or you are unhappy with the product, please call us right away. If you wish to make a return, call first for an RGA# (return goods authorization). This ensures you will get full credit in a timely manner. Returned stock items are only accepted in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Special order items are not returnable. | ||||||||
| Pricing - We are constantly developing ways to manufacture more efficiently in order to counter rising costs and offer you a consistent price. However, we reserve the right to change pricing without notice if needed in response to factors we cannot control. Precious metal prices in the catalog are based on a $600 gold and $10 silver market prices. The Sterling Silver and Gold Filled prices printed in the catalog are guidelines and will change based on current market values. | ||||||||
