From a bar of lead free pewter to millions of heishi,
this is a brief overview of how we do it.

Original designs are drawn, transferred to copper,
cut out and then shaped.

Rubber molds are used to reproduce the fabricated designs.

Waxes are cast in sterling silver then hand finished
for metal masters.

Production molds are made to reproduce the design in quantity.

One of our production casting stations.

Pewter castings are mass finished to prepare the parts for plating.

Graduated riddles are used for sorting parts.

Metal ink is applied, and then the surfaced is cleaned
to highlight the design details.

Finished parts are counted and packaged, ready to be sent to you.
