There are many changes and new features for you to get acquainted with!
First, Logging In
Our new website functions best on Google Chrome or Firefox, (Explorer can be problematic).
Current customers are already set up in the new system; however, your old login and password will no longer work.
- Your email address on file is your new login username. Only one email address is allowed per account.
- To login for the first time, you must reset your password.
- Click here to log in: https://tierracast.com/login.php
- Click “Forgot your password”, enter your email address, and follow the prompts to assign your password
- A common error is using an email address different than the one we have on file. If you are having trouble, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
- Once logged in:
- You might be surprised to see the message that says you have not placed any orders with us! That is just in the new system! We have all your order history and Customer Service can provide any order history information you may need.
- Your preset discount level is assigned and you are ready to order!
- Please take a minute to confirm your phone number and addresses. If you are a credit card customer, the “Billing Address” is the address of the credit card you are using for payments. You can save several in your account.
- Browsing Filters. Use finish, theme, and product filters to quickly find products that interest you. You can easily find silver buttons, or silver shells charms and beads, or any alphabet beads, and much more!
- Collections. Discover all the components that were developed within each family of parts.
- Inspirations. Offers you assembled jewelry models with complete parts lists, instructions and links to technique videos. Great ideas for sales promotions, classes and, inspiration!
- Blog. Posts will keep you up to date with news, product releases, video tutorials and more! Stay tuned as we add to our growing library of reference materials.
- Quick Order. Enter a part number or product name and quickly complete your order when you know what you want.
- Re-order. You can now re-order your old orders! Easily add an old order to your current cart by finding an order in your history, view it, and then click the 'Re-order' button at the bottom of the order summary page.
Please note these important differences from our old website:
- All products are now sold in packs, rather than pieces. (a pack of 20 pieces will now show up as 1 instead of 20)
- Dashes are now required when searching for a specific part by part number. However, if you enter just the middle four digits, the search function will list options for you to select from.
- Back Orders or Pre Orders are not accepted in the new store. If you wish to order more than what is available, please contact Customer Service to place your order.
- Our new credit card processing system has ahigher level of security and requires your full credit card information everytime. The system no longer “saves” this information.
- Orders are final once you’ve completed enteringyour shipping and payment information. We cannot make any changes or additions. Simply contact us if you need help.
- Past order histories are not available in the new online store, but Customer Service can provide order history information upon request. New orders will be available in your User Profile. (And, there’s a handy Reorder button!)
