Steps

  1. String one 10mm gemstone bead onto one head pin. At top of bead bend wire over at right angle and trim to 3/8”. Form simple loop. Repeat with second gemstone bead. Set aside.
  2. Repeat Step 1 with one head pin and one dragon bead. Set aside.
  3. String the second dragon bead onto one eye pin. At top of bead bend wire over at right angle and trim to 3/8”. Form simple loop. Set aside.
  4. String one bead cap (small to large) onto one eye pin, then carved gemstone bead, then second bead cap (large to small). At top of bead cap bend wire over at right angle and trim to 5/8” (for a larger loop than 3/8”). Form simple loop. Set aside.
  5. Cut one 3/8” piece of chain. Use one jump ring to attach one dragon coin pendant to one end.
  6. Cut one 5/8” piece of chain. Pick up dragon bead dangle and open loop at top to attach to one end of the chain. Close loop.
  7. Cut one 1” piece of chain. Use one jump ring to attach one dragon coin pendant to one end.
  8. Cut one 1 ½” piece of chain. Open the simple loop on one gemstone bead dangle and attach it to one end of the chain. Set remaining length of chain aside.
  9. Use one jump ring to attach each prepared chain dangle in desired order to the larger loop of the carved bead link. Use one more jump ring to attach last dragon coin charm to the same loop.
  10. Open the loop at the top of the carved bead link and attach one end of the remaining chain. Close loop.
  11. Thread the other end of the chain through the hole in the center of the koi link, then use one jump ring to attach the chain to a loop at one side of the link.
  12. Open the loop at the top of the dragon bead link and attach it to the second loop on the koi link. Close loop.
  13. Open the loop at the top of the last gemstone bead dangle and attach it to the bottom of the dragon bead link. Close loop.
